I did a walk in and was told there was zero wait. All stylists had customers so I checked in and waited. The stylists finished their clients and all but one disappeared into the back while the remaining one cleaned their station. I was there for 30 mins and nobody acknowledged me. I could hear lots of laughing and gossip coming from the back room. I decided I had better things to do than get a crappy hair cut so I left.

Service is wonderful every time I go in and are always polite to me

I have bleached 3b-3c curly hair, I came in to have my hair evened out because it was jagged due to damage. My stylist was really considerate and attentive to my concerns and what I wanted done to my hair. She gave me a great cut and was able to work with the damage I had! If you go into sports clips my stylist was Aaliyah M. Great service!
