This is probably the only poor review I?ve ever written about a Bismarck business... My husband took my 3-year old in for a cut today. They waited half an hour for their turn, no different than any other customer. Then, just before the ?count down board? said it was my son?s turn, they took a quick bathroom break (AFTER verbally confirming with the stylists that this was okay), just to come out MINUTES later to find that they took the next customer and added another 30 minutes to the countdown board for my son?s cut. Come on, you guys, a 3 year old needed 2 minutes to go potty...

Since moving to Bismarck in June of this year I have had 3 cuts by this location. None have been even nor have they been faded properly. Now I show this evening an hour before close and was turned away due to ?we are booked through close? with 4 stylists working and 4 people waiting. I will be taking my business elsewhere now and will be letting the 2-3 thousand people I see a month to find a better place.
